  2. Exercise 1 hour/day It doesn’t have to be extreme exercise. It could just be a long walk around the park. Just make sure you’re getting your body moving and active. Exercise will help your mental and physical health dramatically.
  3. Read 10 pages a day Reading has unlimited benefits. Reading just 10 pages a day can improve your: • Sleep • Focus • Motivation • Knowledge • Positive Mindset Don’t underestimate the power of reading and books.
  4. Learn a new skill Try to dedicate 1 hour a day learning a new skill. Learning a new skill will help you stay motivated and boost your confidence.
  5. Follow a healthy diet Get rid of crap like McDonald’s and Burger King. Instead, replace unhealthy foods with a diet full of fruits, vegetables, and whole foods. The less processed the food is, the better it is for your health.
  6. Meditate 10 mins before bed Meditation gives peace and quiet to your mind. Meditation before bed will: • Reduce stress • Improve relationships • Help you stay focused • Improve the quality of sleep • Improve your self-confidence Meditation will improve your life.
